Our Beer

At Hawk Tail Brewery, we offer a variety of delicious drinks, including both craft beer and craft cocktails, which are sure to appeal to beer drinkers and non-beer drinkers alike.

By utilizing local ingredients and small batch brewing techniques, we have created a wide-range of beers including clean crisp lagers, malty ales, strong and bitter IPAs, juicy and hazy pale ales, dark creamy stouts, and tart refreshing kettle sours.

Our in-house craft cocktails are made with pure ingredients and handmade, custom syrups that are designed and mixed in house by our talented mixologists.
